Closed circuit, atmospheric, continuous low-speed wind tunnel with one closed wall (slotted) and an open jet. Closed or slotted (0% to 12%) test section: 3.25 m x 2.8 m x 8.0 m: 0 < V < 90 m/s; open jet section: 3.25 m x 2.8 m x 6 m: 0 < V < 80 m/s; Anechoiuc plenum: 14 m x 16 m x 8 m (length x width x height), 99% acoustic damping, certified for a frequency range of 250 Hz to 40 kHz
