Experimental stand for simulation of the operational conditions (blade disc - vanex harmony mistuning)

RI-110
Simulator
Lab
VZLU
Description

The test-rig is used for identification of a dynamic behaviour of blisk (integrally bladed disk), simulation of the force response to engine order. Excitation of the blisk is performed by rotating the jetting air. Specific harmonic excitation is defined by the number of nozzles on the exciter rotor. The excitation rotor is driven by electric motor. The maximal value of tested engine order is given by the blisk diameter (for examples: blisk with diameter 300mm can be excited by 235EO).

Main technical characteristics

Motor speed range from 9000 rpm. Maximasl dimetere of the tested blisk 360 mm.
