Facilities for Coatings and Surface Treatment
Main technical characteristics
1 – Surface preparation (sandblasting, chemical and electrolytic baths)
2 – coating through chemical and electrolytic deposition
3 – powder preparation (ATEX grinder, mixer)
4 – post-processing (two furnaces including a 5 tons / 1500°C press furnace)
5 – oxidation/corrosion benches (cyclic oxidation, cyclic corrosion, isothermal oxidation, pre-oxidation, complex corrosion 2-gas + Ar, salt spray) and a sulfation furnace
6 – vapor phase physical and chemical deposition : 2 triode sputtering facilities (35 and 70 kW), 1 plasma-enhanced CVD (20 kW)
