On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Association of European Research Establishments in Aeronautics (EREA) and in a superlative environment as the Paris Air Show at Le Bourget, the EREA Board members renewed their commitment to each other and to the stakeholders to fully engage in EREA’s renewed mission: to be a trusted leader in Europe on aviation applied research through expertise and innovation, by enhancing synergies amongst its members.
By signing a new joint declaration, the EREA Board members committed to remain at the forefront of innovation by proposing bold and new ways to meet the challenges of our time and those of future generations and also by providing state-of-the-art research facilities that advance innovation.
They confirmed their commitment to fulfilling their role in the innovation ecosystem, building a bridge in the valley of death and helping to bring evolving and revolutionary ideas to market. Being objective and independent, the EREA Research Establishments are committed to generating a societal impact following the EREA’s vision: joined forces shaping a competitive and innovative air transport system for future generations.
